Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
Level of educational attainment required:
Master?s degree in HR management or equivalent
Previous work experience required:
Require +4 years of experience
- Design, build and implementation of large scale analytical environments and business intelligence solutions
- Business acumen and financial analysis skill
Language skills required:
English C1-C2
Technical skills required:
- Proficiency in MS-Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Workday experience is preferred.
- Intermediate/Advanced Word, Excel and Presentations Skills

Key tasks and accountabilities:
- Lead the team with a focus on maintaining the company's competitive edge and optimizing associates' productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Implement rigorous control measures to manage People Cost through ongoing planning, monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and accrual.
- Analyze P&L statements to assess cost impact and effectiveness.
- Direct and expand a team of professionals.
- Develop communication materials to provide stakeholders with insights.
- Translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans related to Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).
- Collaborate with zone Facility managers to comprehend Overhead costs and identify risks/opportunities for achieving ZBB targets.
- Share insights with ZBB Managers regarding P&L outcomes.
- Align with organizational objectives and strive for cost minimization.
- Coordinate with control for necessary accrual/deferral requests, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Identify pressing points and devise solutions through the utilization of tools and technology.
- Drive process transformation and automation initiatives to elevate processes to new levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
