Bank Reconciliation Analyst Turno de noche

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for daily reconciliation and clearing the variance.

Ø Make sure all the emails and corrections taken care on daily basis.

Ø Responsible to save registered reports.

Ø Do Follow ups for any open Items with respective Internal team and stakeholder.

Ø Responsible for weekly reports.

Ø Hands on experience on Jira tickets.

Ø Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Ø Meet all the KPI targets.

Ø Ability to interact courteously with both internal and stakeholders while providing a high quality of service.

Ø Ability to coordinate with other internal departments to deliver seamless service to customers.

Ø Reviewing the SOP save in ACADIA and shared drive

Ø Updating and maintaining KPI Metrics on daily basis.

Ø Maintaining the tracker for all activities

Ø Preparing and presenting list of issues to highlight in weekly connect call with stakeholder

Ø Training New Joiners and other team member.

Ø Handling end to end process.

-Night shift work schedule: 5:30 PM ? 3:30 AM

KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Ø Graduation in one of the following courses: Administration / Management, Economy, Commerce, Accounting and Finance.

Ø MS Excel skills

Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ø Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Ø Fluent in spoken/written English. (B2-C1)

Ø Knowledge of Outlook.

Ø Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e Power Point)

Ø Accounting knowledge

Ø Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ø Computer skills (Excel, Word and PPT etc).

Ø Hands on ERP tools.
