We are looking for a BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT, no necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate various assistance services by contacting providers to dispatch service to customers, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Work hours 8:00 - 18:00 hours)
High school diploma completed
Conversacional english
Customer service-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills
