Plant Master Data Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
Lead all efforts to support Planning and Scheduling master data. Support company-defined master data processes for new code input, ongoing maintenance, and code output, covering the full lifecycle of a product code. Master data is critical for enterprise planning and scheduling applications and for key performance indicators

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- SAP expertise in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Skills working and communicating in work groups.

RESPONSABILITIES
- Maintain assigned systems by ensuring that all relevant changes from master files to system tables and SAP master data are appropriate, authorized, and documented for the Plant.
- Provide ongoing user support and training, where applicable, for SAP systems to ensure users are using the operating system effectively.
- Assess, recommend, and implement approved "Master Data" changes for systems in SAP while ensuring that all system changes are fully documented, tested, and authorized prior to release into the production system.
- Investigate and resolve Master Data inaccuracies with the appropriate support team and likewise any other analysis related to investigations of obsolete and plannable inventories (i.e., procurement, planning, commercial, IT, etc.).
- Schedule and perform "Master Data" audits based on business needs.
- Establish the procedure for the assigned SAP process and ensure that the procedure is implemented and communicated to the appropriate personnel.
