Payroll and Compliance Coordinator Ingles conversacional

Intugo, in partnership with a leading U.S. company specializing in electrical contracting and public infrastructure projects, is looking for a Payroll & Compliance Coordinator to support certified payroll operations for union electrical construction projects in California.
What you'll do:
- Process weekly payroll through Foundation software
- Review timesheets, job classifications, overtime, and double time
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
- Prepare union reports, fringe benefit calculations, and trust fund contributions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of payroll experience (construction, trades, or union environments preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with payroll systems (Foundation, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Understanding of prevailing wage and union payroll compliance
