Key customer service leadership position responsible for leading the program management team at the site to advocate for the customer and Creations? needs and translate the needs into action. The Director of Program Management represents voice of the customer internally and the voice of the business externally. The Director of Program Management leads the program management team to create, manage and execute account strategies for assigned customers in order to meet revenue and profitability goals. The Director of Program Management plays a key role in developing customer strategy, creating alignment with other functional teams and driving for standardization of processes within the program management team. This position functions in tight cooperation with the Business Development team and will coordinate proposal preparation and establish and monitor project plans and schedules for new and existing customers. The Director of Program Management reviews CFT metrics and works with the Program Managers to develop improvement plans in areas including but not limited to customer service, financial performance, customer cost, quality, delivery and continually seeking value added business opportunities.
