Bilingual Outbound Sales Representative

Listentrust is looking for motivated, results-driven Bilingual Sales Representatives to join our outbound sales campaign for a U.S.-based vehicle protection company.
You'll connect with potential customers who have previously expressed interest in vehicle protection plans, understand their needs, present available coverage options, and turn conversations into successful sales.

WHAT WE OFFER
Weekly Base Salary: $2,496 MXN.
Weekly Attendance Bonus: $1,500 MXN.
Weekly Call Performance Bonus: $1,500 MXN.
Potential Weekly Earnings: Approximately $5,500 MXN before commissions.
Commission: $1,150 MXN per eligible sale.
Training Compensation: $3,500 MXN for the 4-day training program.
Full-time position with 2 days off per week.

Bonuses and commissions are subject to applicable performance and eligibility requirements.

Choose from the following available schedules:
7:00 AM 4:00 PM
10:00 AM 7:00 PM
12:00 PM 9:00 PM
All schedules include 2 days off per week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Make outbound calls to potential customers who previously requested or expressed interest in vehicle protection information.
Present vehicle service contracts designed to help customers manage eligible unexpected automotive repair expenses.
Conduct consultative sales conversations, typically lasting 2030 minutes.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable protection options.
Handle objections, communicate plan benefits, and confidently close sales.
Clearly explain coverage details, limitations, and applicable terms.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Meet individual sales, call activity, and quality performance goals.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong conversational English skills.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, call center sales, or closing is preferred.
Confidence handling objections and guiding customers toward purchasing decisions.
Ability to build rapport and maintain engaging sales conversations.
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to earn commissions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
