Availability: Full-time work, Monday to Sunday 5 days a week with 9.5-hour shifts, and 2 days OFF!

Pay Expectation: Base: $16.000 + Bonus potential: $4.000 - Up to $20,000 Monthly!

·Education: High school diploma or GED required

·Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish

Typing Skills: Ability to type 30 words per minute

Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency and call center experience

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by handling a variety of inquiries and requests with professionalism and care.

Working with a high volume of calls, you?ll rely on strong communication, attention to detail, and efficient system navigation to handle repetitive but essential requests. Your ability to stay organized, maintain a positive attitude, and deliver clear, accurate support ensures customers get what they need quickly and confidently. -Ability to work onsite for your shift at Avenida Cultura y Paseo de la Reforma Local C12, 83270 Hermosillo, Sonora. For agents who shift will be starting before 7am or ending after 7pm local time, transportation can be provided!
