We're hiring: Surgical Coordinator ? Culiacán, Sinaloa

Advanced Administrative Medical Experts (AAMEDX) provides administrative support to physician practices in the United States, managing surgical scheduling, patient coordination, and insurance authorizations. We are building a long-term team and looking for someone who wants a stable role with room to grow as the company expands.

This is a work-from-home position for candidates based in Culiacán, Sinaloa. It is not open to candidates outside the city.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain assigned physicians' schedules
Call patients to confirm appointments and surgeries
Schedule surgeries and follow-up appointments
Create and track insurance authorization requests
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Coordinate communication between physicians, patients, and insurance companies
Requirements

Fluent English, spoken and written (daily communication with patients and insurers in the U.S.)
Prior experience in customer service, medical administration, or scheduling is a plus, not required
Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, Excel, practice management software)
A quiet, dedicated home workspace with stable internet, suitable for remote work
Full-time availability, Monday through Friday
Must currently reside in Culiacán, Sinaloa
