Grupo El Cid is seeking energetic and ambitious Outbound Sales Agents to join our Reservations Call Center team in Mazatlán. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service and want to build a successful career in the hospitality industry.

What You'll Do
- Contact prospective customers by phone
- Promote vacation packages, resort stays, and travel opportunities
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best vacation options
- Build rapport and create memorable customer experiences
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, call center, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills

Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM ? 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM ? 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM ? 1:00 PM
