Payroll Analyst

Important metal-mechanical manufacturing company located in the Industrial Zone is seeking a Payroll Analyst.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field (Degree required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
- Advanced English
- Experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes.
- Experience managing employee payroll incidents and personnel information.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support administrative processes within the payroll department.
- Capture and control employee payroll incidents.
- Manage IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, and ISN processes.
- Review and follow up on payroll-related documentation.
- Prepare administrative reports.
- Provide support and assistance to employees regarding payroll-related matters.
