Logistics Intern

1. Metal-mechanical industry company is hiring

2. Position: Logistics Intern

3. Education: Bachelor?s degree student in International Business, Foreign Trade, or International Relations (active student).

4. Experience:

Not required (basic knowledge in logistics or foreign trade is a plus).

5. Objective: Provide support to the logistics area through administrative and operational follow-up of processes related to transportation, invoicing, and information control.

6. Requirements:
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Own vehicle.
- Valid university medical insurance (preferred).
- Availability of schedule.
- Microsoft Office basic knowledge.

7. Main Responsibilities:
- Invoice review.
- Sending logistics notifications.
- Preparation and follow-up of waybills (cartas porte).
- Cost analysis of tariffs between plants and ports.
- Liaison between suppliers and finance department.
- Monthly reporting for expense control.

8. Skills:
- Effective communication.
- Sense of urgency.
- Teamwork.
- Organization and responsibility.
- Ability to work under pressure.

9. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 am to 04:30 pm.

10. Salary: Economic support (internship stipend).
