4. Experience:
Minimum 2?3 years of experience in indirect services purchasing
Experience in manufacturing industry
Supplier management and bidding/quotation processes

5. Objective:
Manage the procurement of services for different plant areas, ensuring quality, compliance with specifications, cost optimization, and operational continuity without impacting production.

6. Requirements:

Conversational English
SAP Purchasing module (advanced level)
Experience in supplier negotiation
Knowledge of purchasing processes and bidding procedures

7. Main Responsibilities:

Manage the full purchasing process
Procure services (civil works, mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.)
Negotiate and develop suppliers
Evaluate and approve suppliers
Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
Handle urgent requirements to prevent production downtime
Review MRP
Coordinate with warehouse and maintenance teams
Prepare monthly reports
Develop supplier base

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 am ? 06:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)
