Human Resources Analyst

HR Analyst
An important company in the metal-mechanic industry is seeking an HR Analyst.
Location: Industrial Park Nexxus, Guadalupe, Nuevo León.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Degree required.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist.
Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or metal-mechanic industry is preferred.
Conversational English.
Valid passport and U.S. visa.

Main Responsibilities
Training
Conduct training needs assessments.
Plan training programs and design courses.
Follow up on training programs for both unionized and administrative personnel.
Develop and support internal instructors.
Ensure compliance with legal training requirements.
Monitor and manage training KPIs.
Recruitment & Selection
Attract talent for operational and administrative positions.
Develop recruitment strategies, including job fairs and partnerships with schools and government institutions.
Conduct interviews and candidate selection.
Track and monitor recruitment KPIs.
Labor Relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations matters, including work schedules, disciplinary actions, terminations, and Sunday premium payments.
Maintain communication and relationships with union representatives.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
