Customer Service Representative (Automotive Industry)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Service within the automotive industry.
Experience supporting OEM and Tier 1 customers.
Experience with EDI systems and customer portals.
Advanced conversational English.
Knowledge of IATF 16949.
Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools.

Position Objective
Manage and coordinate communication between customers and the organization, ensuring compliance with commercial, logistics, and documentation requirements through the management of purchase orders, releases, deliveries, demand changes, and EDI platforms, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring quality and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain direct communication with OEM and Tier 1 customers.
Manage purchase orders, releases, and customer forecasts.
Monitor demand changes and communicate them promptly to internal departments.
Update customer requirements in the ERP system.
Track domestic and international shipments and deliveries.
Coordinate customer requirements with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Materials departments.
Manage EDI systems and customer portals.
Monitor customer performance scorecards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Coordinate shipping documentation and commercial documentation.
