About the Opportunity
A prestigious luxury hospitality operation is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Senior Head Butler to lead and elevate the Butler Department. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional personalized service, maintaining the highest luxury standards, and creating unforgettable guest experiences through effective leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the Butler team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Ensure personalized attention and seamless service throughout the guest journey.
Maintain and enforce luxury service standards and brand expectations.
Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest recovery situations with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure flawless service delivery.
Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage departmental scheduling, staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and service protocols.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Butler Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Previous experience as Head Butler, Senior Butler Manager, Butler Manager, or similar position in a luxury resort, luxury hotel, or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
Proven experience leading multicultural teams and delivering high-end personalized guest experiences.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and guest relations abilities.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and VIP guest service protocols.
Availability to relocate if required.
