As a Member Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our members have exceptional experiences with us, promoting loyalty to our vacation club. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering Exceptional Member Experiences: Guaranteeing outstanding experiences for members at every interaction point, from inquiries to issue resolution.
2. Member Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to engage members, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
3. Communication and Issue Resolution: Responding promptly and courteously to member inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
4. Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance member satisfaction and continuously improve our services.
5. Feedback Collection: Conducting regular member surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of member interactions and activities in our CRM system.
7. Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in member experience management.
8. Team Player: Work with different departments and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
**Requirements:**
1. Experience: Previous experience in member relations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
3. Empathy: Ability to empathize with foreign members, understanding their needs and concerns.
4. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Flexibility: Availability for flexible working hours to accommodate member needs.
6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel for record keeping and data analysis.
