Hotel Contract Manager con experiencia

We are looking someone with:

- 2?3 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, preferably in roles such as hotel contracting, sales, e-commerce, revenue management. Also experience in a DMC in the hotel product area can be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and commercial acumen.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
- Comfortable traveling frequently, particularly within Brazil.
- Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with hoteliers.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills.


The contractor?s main duties and responsibilities will be:

- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships with hotels through regular calls and in-person meetings with hotel sales and revenue managers.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including Freesale, Sales, Reservations, and Accounts to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and establish new hotel partnerships to expand our network.
- Negotiate competitive rates and availability with both current and prospective hotel partners.
- Manage the loading of contracted rates, promotions, and amendments through our system.
- Secure special deals setting realistic targets to drive performance.
- Analyse performance metrics to sustain and grow booking volume.
