Growth and Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Growth and Marketing Operations Manager to design, manage, and optimize the company?s entire lead generation and marketing operations ecosystem.

This role requires a strategic operator with hands on execution experience in digital advertising, CRM systems, funnel optimization, automation, analytics, and growth infrastructure. The successful candidate will identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and build scalable systems that drive measurable business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:
- Google Ads management and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Lead generation and customer acquisition
- Landing page and funnel development
- CRM management and pipeline optimization
- Marketing automation and workflow creation
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
- Dashboard creation and KPI tracking
