We are seeking candidates for Deputy Manager positions in the departments of Quality, Maintenance, Technology, and Production.

Experience in fiber optics production and/or having worked in Chinese-owned companies will be considered a plus.

All positions require over 8 years of experience as Deputy Managers.

Candidates must be fluent in English (the interview will be conducted in English).

Strong team management skills are essential.

Must be available for rotating shifts.

Focused on achieving objectives, reporting directly to the corporate office in China and the CEO in Mexico.

Daily collaboration with Chinese staff is required.
