We are looking for an Order Management to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders by managing order execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring order status, and resolving fulfillment issues. This role works closely with customers, production, logistics, and other internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, maintain data accuracy, optimize order flow, and provide excellent customer service while supporting business and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders throughout the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
Maintain strong customer relationships by serving as the primary logistics and order management contact.
Coordinate new product introductions, including order setup, planning and logistics readiness.
Monitor customer forecasts and demand changes, ensuring alignment with production and material planning.
Maintain accurate order, planning and master data in ERP SAP systems to support efficient operations.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics and other cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted customer supply.
Monitor inventory, identify supply risks and support actions to prevent shortages and excess stock.
Ensure compliance with customer logistics agreements, including delivery schedules, Incoterms and service level requirements.
Analyze order fulfillment performance, demand fluctuations and logistics metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Support end-of-product-life activities, resolve order-related issues and contribute to high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of SAP (MM) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Understanding of inventory management, capacity planning, and logistics processes.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban, FIFO) and continuous improvement methodologies.
Advanced English communication skills.
Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
