Temporary High-Volume Recruiter BPO
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León Colonia Los Doctores
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Duration: 3-month temporary assignment
About the Opportunity We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on Recruiter to join our team and support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys working with people, moving quickly, building strong candidate pipelines, and seeing the direct impact of their work. You will gain valuable experience in BPO recruitment, high-volume hiring, sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations while working closely with an experienced Talent Acquisition team.

What Youll Do Manage high-volume recruitment for BPO and Care Coordinator positions. Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against position requirements. Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups. Work closely with the Recruitment team to meet hiring goals and timelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in recruitment trackers and systems. Identify new sourcing strategies to increase candidate flow and improve conversion. Support recruitment events, hiring campaigns, and other initiatives as needed.
What Were Looking For
1+ year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing. Experience working in high-volume recruitment, preferably within a BPO, call center, customer service, or similar environment. Strong sourcing skills and experience using job boards and online recruitment platforms. Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
