Buscamos un líder bilingüe para supervisar una cuadrilla pequeña en una planta industrial, apoyando directamente actividades de desmantelamiento y asegurando el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad.

Schedule: Full-time | Contract
Pay: $20,260 MXN/month + Hazard Pay + benefits + completion bonus
Languages: Fluent Spanish and English required

Role:
- Supervise a small industrial crew of around 5 workers.
- Support hands-on dismantling work, including pipe and structure removal.
- Communicate with workers, supervisors, and management in English and Spanish.
- Assign daily tasks and track team progress.
- Ensure strict safety compliance on-site.

Requirements:
- Experience leading small crews or teams.
- Background in construction, demolition, industrial work, or similar environments.
- Strong physical condition and willingness to perform heavy industrial work.
- Safety-focused and reliable.

Plus:
- Experience as a Crew Lead, Lead Worker, or Supervisor.
- Experience with forklifts, scissor lifts, industrial equipment, or hazardous materials.
