Human Resources Analyst

Location: Nexxus Industrial Park, Guadalupe, Nuevo León, Mexico

Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Analyst.
Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or metal-mechanic industry (preferred).
Conversational English.

Key Responsibilities
Training
Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA).
Plan and develop training programs.
Coordinate and follow up on training activities for unionized and administrative employees.
Develop and support internal trainers.
Ensure compliance with legal training requirements.
Monitor and report training KPIs.

Recruitment & Selection
Recruit operational and administrative personnel.
Implement talent attraction strategies, including job fairs and partnerships with schools and government institutions.
Conduct interviews and coordinate the candidate selection process.
Track and analyze recruitment KPIs.

Labor Relations
Apply labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations matters, including work schedules, disciplinary actions, terminations, Sunday premium, and other labor-related issues.
Maintain communication and positive working relationships with union representatives.
