Salary: MXN $35,000 ? $42,000 per month
Position Objective
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations, including NOM-035. This role requires strong on-floor presence, supporting operational and unionized employees while driving employee engagement and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage labor relations, including disciplinary actions and employee conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, NOM-035 requirements, surveys, and audits.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and company events.
- Maintain HR administrative processes, including attendance records and employee documentation.
- Oversee employee services such as transportation, cafeteria, and uniforms.
- Lead operational and administrative recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5?8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with unionized workforces.
- Strong knowledge of NOM-035 and labor compliance.
- Advanced English (required).
- Bilingual Spanish & English is highly desirable.
