You'll work on-site at our modern facility in San Pedro Garza García, helping customers with empathy, professionalism, and a passion for service.

What You?ll Do:
- Support U.S.-based customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping with policy updates and payments.

- Deliver exceptional service with compassion and professionalism.

- Complete 7 weeks of paid training (Monday to Friday) to set you up for success.

Location:
- On-site at: Edificio Los Soles, Av. Lázaro Cárdenas 2404, San Pedro Garza García, N.L.
(Directly across from Fashion Drive Mall)

What?s In It for You:
- Competitive salary of up to $19,500 MXN/month:
Base Salary: $16,000 MXN
Monthly Bonus: Up to $3,500 MXN

- Full-time schedule: 9.5-hour shifts, 5 days a week with 2 days off

What We?re Looking For:
- Advanced English(B2)
- Open availability for full-time, on-site work in San Pedro
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
