Leading company in the financial sector, looking for its new specialized contact center:
Service Agent

Requirement's:
Level of studies: High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
Experience: No required
Open to work 100% presential.
English advanced must needed (B2).
Excellent communication skills.
Pc skills.

What would you do?
Resolve questions about the product.
Follow up for problem resolution.
Assist customer with payment.
Make collection on overdue accounts.
Strategies to keep customers up to date with payments.
