Senior Recruiter
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to support executive search projects for roles across North America. This role is ideal for someone with strong headhunting and sourcing experience, excellent English communication skills, and confidence engaging with senior-level and executive candidates. You will work closely with a high-performing executive search consultant and support multiple active searches by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent for strategic leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
Conduct market mapping and talent identification across North America.
Source and engage passive candidates for executive-level opportunities.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify high-caliber talent.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future search projects.
Conduct initial outreach and candidate qualification conversations.
Evaluate candidate background, fit, motivation, and compensation expectations.
Prepare candidate summaries, search updates, and reports for consultants and hiring managers.
Keep accurate and organized records in ATS and CRM systems.
Support multiple concurrent executive search assignments while meeting deadlines.
Represent the company professionally when communicating with senior-level professionals.
What we?re looking for
3+ years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or talent sourcing.
Proven experience sourcing and engaging senior-level or executive talent.
Strong headhunting and passive candidate outreach skills.
Advanced proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Confidence communicating with executives and industry leaders.
Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Nice to have
Experience supporting executive searches in industries such as data denters, construction, engineering and Industrial or Technical sectors
Experience recruiting Director, VP, C-Suite, or other executive-level talent.
Familiarity with North American recruitment markets.
