We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our team.
As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to our brand and industry.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement new strategies as appropriate.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Spanish & English
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand or organization.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging content.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
Gross Monthly Salary Range from 16,000 to $18,000.00 gross MXN depending on experience.
Health Insurance through IMSS
2 Days off (not working on weekend)
Working Hours
Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
