We are currently selecting a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to directly join the corporate structure of a prominent transnational company located in Zapopan, Jalisco. This is a critical, high-impact role designed for a recruiter who can seamlessly balance high-volume operational hiring with niche IT and administrative corporate searches under strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Operational Continuity: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process (End-to-End) for Operational, Administrative, and IT (Information Technology) profiles, ensuring timely fulfillment of business pipelines and metrics.
Mitigate Talent Risks: Conduct deep behavioral, competency-based, and cultural alignment interviews in both English and Spanish to ensure long-term retention and minimize turnover.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Maintain a fluid, consultative, and constant communication loop with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand specific hiring needs and advise on market realities.
Advanced Sourcing: Design and execute proactive talent mapping, direct headhunting, and advanced sourcing strategies for highly specialized or hard-to-fill technical and administrative positions.
Candidate Experience: Safeguard and elevate the employer brand by ensuring an immaculate, respectful, and highly professional journey for every candidate throughout the selection process.
Requirements (What you need to succeed):
Education: Bachelors Degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Language Mastery: Advanced English fluency is strictly mandatory (C1 / Fluent). You must be fully capable of conducting business meetings and interviewing candidates entirely in English.
Proven Experience: Minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience handling full-cycle recruitment concurrently across three main pillars: mass operational/high-volume roles, administrative positions, and specialized IT/Tech profiles.
Core Competencies: Strong result-orientation, analytical mindset for recruitment metrics (KPIs), high empathy, structured communication skills, and robust teamwork capabilities.
What the Company Offers:
Gross Monthly Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 MXN.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Location: On-site in Zapopan, Jalisco.
