Job Description
A leading company in the commercialization of oriental food products in Mexico is seeking to add a Corporate Human Resources Manager to its team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and consolidating the comprehensive Human Capital strategy nationwide, ensuring alignment with business objectives while strengthening an organizational culture based on integrity, transparency, and results orientation.
Position Objective
Design, implement, and lead the comprehensive Human Resources strategy to drive business growth, strengthen organizational culture, ensure healthy labor relations, and support the multicultural integration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the corporate Human Resources strategy at a national level.
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, and retention processes for key positions.
- Ensure proper personnel administration, payroll management, and legal/labor compliance.
- Design and implement training, organizational development, and succession planning programs.
- Strengthen workplace climate and promote a culture of high performance, integrity, and transparency.
- Advise General Management and business leaders on strategic Human Capital matters.
- Develop internal and external corporate communications related to talent management, strengthening the organization?s presence and employer brand.
- Maintain healthy and continuous communication with the international corporate office, adapting corporate HR guidelines locally.
- Manage labor relations and handle conflict situations ethically and objectively, including union relations.
- Analyze HR indicators (turnover, performance, productivity, etc.) to support decision-making.
- Ensure standardization of HR policies and processes across all company branches nationwide.
- Coordinate and supervise Industrial Safety and Occupational Health strategies in distribution centers and operations located in key cities across the country, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and operational staff safety training.
Required Profile
- Bachelor?s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master?s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in managerial or executive Human Resources positions.
- Native Spanish speaker with advanced business English proficiency.
- Proven experience in corporate structures with nationwide operations and multiple business units.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation.
- High leadership capability, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of ethics, confidentiality, integrity, and transparency.
- Availability for occasional travel.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
