# Responsabilities

The **Key Account Director is responsible for ensuring** **the profitability and growth of the clients** while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Establish and negotiate commercial offers based on technical assumptions.
- Draft commercial contracts and ensure their signing.
- Construct and validate budgets and business plans.
- Develop constructive customer relations to ensure sales growth with regular customers? on-site visits.
- Enhance the profitability of accounts and products using information provided by the finance department, identify discrepancies, and define associated action plans.
- Identify discrepancies between monthly results and budgets and define improvement actions with the support of the finance department.
- Lead operational teams in implementing corrective, improvement, and preventive actions and liaise with the client.
- Act as a proponent and last resort in production-related issues.
- Supervise continuous improvement actions within one's scope.

# Requirements

- A **bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
- Minimum 8 **years of experience in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing**.
- **Demonstrated success in managing key accounts, achieving sales targets and improving profitability of the accounts**.
- **Strong analytical skills to interpret technical data and financial information**.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions.
- **Proficiency in English.**
