Field Service Engineer

Leading company in the 3D printing industry is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This role is essential for providing expert technical support and ensuring the peak performance of our cutting-edge additive manufacturing equipment at customer sites.

Location: Zapopan Industrial area (Jalisco, Mexico)

Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00

Key Responsibilities
As a Field Service Engineer, your main focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment uptime:

Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients on the use of 3D printers and complementary equipment (Sand Blast units, compressors, vacuum cleaners, etc.).

Installation & Commissioning: Travel to client facilities to provide technical assistance, perform installations, and ensure equipment is properly set up.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance and perform corrective repairs, including the replacement and maintenance of machine components (electronic boards, sensors, cables, assemblies, hoses, tubes, etc.).

Troubleshooting: Evaluate component status and detect potential failures (leaks, damage, lack of lubrication, electrical continuity issues).

Technical Consulting: Offer expert technical advice and training to customers on equipment operation and post-sale services.

Proactive Knowledge Acquisition: Continuously learn and stay updated on 3D services and products.

Requirements
Travel: Strong willingness and availability to travel.
VISA: Valid U.S. VISA is an essential and mandatory requirement.
Experience (Desirable): Experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace sectors, particularly in the operation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery.
3D Printing Knowledge: General knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies or 3D printing.
Language: Intermediate-Advanced Technical English
Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Office tools, Google Drive, and web-based tools.
Driving: Valid driver's license and experience driving on highways/roads.
