What will you do in this role?
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: profile scoping, job posting, competency-based interviews, and candidate and client follow-up.
- Identify talent for key positions: middle management, managerial, and executive levels.
- Perform competency assessments: from designing interviews, tests, and psychometric evaluations to conducting reference checks and coordinating with internal departments.
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding the labor market, profile adjustments, and attraction strategies.
- Engage with, manage, and report to international stakeholders.

What are we looking for?
- 6 months of experience recruiting for managerial or executive positions - if you come from a different role and you are looking for a new professional branch to develop, apply!
- Ability to manage full-cycle processes from start to finish with autonomy.
- Excellent writing, effective communication, and analytical thinking skills.
- Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and a sharp focus on quality and client service.
