REQUIREMENTS:
Schooling: High School
Gender: Female (Preferably)
Minimum 1 year experience in call center for customer service, any branch (verifiable).
Advanced conversational and writing skills in English is mandatory.
Excellent attitude, empathy and taste for customer service
ACTIVITIES:
Offer customer service and advice through telephone and email. (they are not sales)
And customer follow ups.
SKILLS:
Taste for conflict resolution, negotiation, dealing with customers and ease of speech.
