Supply Chain Manager
Bader de México is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations in a demanding automotive manufacturing environment.
This position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will drive supply chain performance while ensuring full compliance with automotive industry standards and customer-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall Supply Chain strategy to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Ensure uninterrupted material flow to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
Oversee demand planning, S&OP, MRP, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and logistics operations.
Maintain inventory accuracy above 98% through robust inventory control processes.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements (CSR), regulatory standards, and internal policies.
Lead import/export operations in accordance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Establish, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery, inventory, cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and sustainable corrective actions.
Develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management within the automotive manufacturing industry (Tier 1 preferred).
Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of SAP and Supply Chain Planning systems.
Extensive experience in demand planning, MRP, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, procurement, and international trade.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
