Requirements:
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Minimum 6 months of experience in call center or customer service
Previous experience working with KPIs / weekly performance metrics
Proven experience working remotely
Stable internet (40 Mbps minimum) and a dedicated workspace
Full availability for rotating shifts (including weekends)
Comfortable handling high call volume and customer interactions under pressure
