Personal Injury Intake Specialist

Rack Law Group is a Personal Injury law firm located in Arizona. The firm focuses on car accident, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases, and is seeking 2 full-time intake specialists.

Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements:
In order to adequately perform the tasks requested, this position will require the candidate to possess the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills/requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone intakes with clients
- Prepare intake documents for the assigned paralegal

Skills/Requirements:
- Fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment
- Strong time management skills
- Effective planning and execution ability
