Client Service Representative
NorthStar Moving Company, a trusted U.S. brand with over 30 years in business, is hiring a Remote Sales Representative to join our Client Loyalty Team.

Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective clients via phone and video calls
Provide excellent customer service and clear information
Build rapport and help clients choose the right solutions
Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team
Join periodic team video meetings and training sessions
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Customer-first sales mindset
Prior sales or phone-based support experience
Quiet, private workspace and reliable internet
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently
Team-oriented and interested in long-term career growth
Access to a reliable computer, a headset for clear communication, and any specific software or tools necessary for remote work
Schedule
Full-time position 40 hours week
5?6 days/week, including weekends
Compensation
USD $800 ? $1,200 per month
