Chief of Staff / Director of Operations Remote
We are not looking for an Operations Manager.
We are looking for the person who helps build the company.
This is a high-impact executive role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building scalable systems, leading teams, and turning vision into execution.
You will work directly with the CEO, helping drive strategy, execution, accountability, and operational excellence across the entire organization.

About the Position
* Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
* Lead company-wide operations and execution.
* Build systems that allow the company to scale efficiently.
* Improve productivity across departments.
* Lead cross-functional projects.
* Create accountability and measurable performance.
* Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
* Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Implement AI and automation to improve efficiency.
* Build dashboards and KPIs for executive decision-making.
* Help build an organization capable of long-term growth.
Qualifications
Required
* 5+ years leading operations in a growing company.
* Proven experience managing teams.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent organizational abilities.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
* Ability to work independently while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Work Arrangement
* 100% Remote throughout 2026.
* Beginning in 2027, the position will remain primarily remote with occasional in-person executive meetings and leadership events in Mexico & Canada.
* Candidates must reside in Mexico.
