Bilingual Customer Service Assistant English and Spanish, Remote
We run two connected businesses in Los Angeles, California: Direct Automation, which builds marketing and automation systems for auto repair shops, and Direct Automotive Collision Center, our own auto body and paint shop.
We are hiring one bilingual person to work 100% remote from Mexico. You will be the first voice our customers hear: you will text and call every new customer the same day, book appointments, follow up with insurance companies, and keep our records organized.
We are not looking for experience. We are looking for someone eager, proactive, and ready to learn. We will train you on everything.
What you will do:
Call and text new customers the same day
Answer calls and messages in English and Spanish
Book appointments and confirm them the day before
Call insurance companies to follow up on claims and payments
Enter information into spreadsheets and internal tools
Short Zoom calls with the team
Light marketing support
Requirements:
Fluent spoken English and Spanish
Clear, friendly phone voice
Computer, headset with microphone, webcam, and stable internet
Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles)
Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new software
Nice to have: experience using artificial intelligence like Claude or ChatGPT
