Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor?s degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years? experience as a business analyst across operations, process improvement or a problem-solving position.
- Experience with change management, process improvement and quality initiatives.
- Ideal candidate would have experience in merchant processing or electronic payments industry
- Six Sigma or other process improvement experience helpful
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Sound presentation and negotiation skills.
- Effective management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-versed in the Power BI technology.
- Be familiar with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies, such as SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX


Key Responsibilities:
- To create various business requirements and documentation related (but not limited to): IRP, SAP and other (internal and external) operational and customer facing tools.
- To document efficient process flows & procedures within service operations to promote continuity and efficiency throughout the department.
- Work directly with customers, sales, IT, peers and leaders to identify and document sound processes designed to provide both a great customer experience and efficient operations.
- Facilitates various resolution and problem-solving initiatives to correct deficiencies and errors that may exist within various process flows, etc.
- Manage and facilitate user acceptance testing, data analysis review and process mapping to validate process and system changes are functioning as designed and providing the desired outcome.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives and track them regularly
- Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timetable for job completion
- Using Power BI, create dashboards and interactive visual reports
- Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis
- Create charts and data documentation with explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships
Construct a data warehouse and use SQL queries to get the best results
