Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States.
The role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico. The client is located in the United States, so a fluent conversational English level is required because you will work with the US Market.
Hiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)
Labor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Salary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross
Job Duties:
Handle critical communication flow, coordinating across teams, managing marketing function, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Answer the owners phone calls; field inquiries, route urgent matters, screen communications.
Manage email inbox (High level, Gmail, Outlook) using claude AI; draft replies, flag strategic matters.
Handle text message follow-ups and client/vendor communication.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and city departments.
Maintain organized project files, contracts, invoices, permits, and documentation.
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure action items are tracked.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and status across all active jobs.
Send and track invoices; follow up on outstanding payments.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Superintendents on schedule, scope, and materials.
Track material orders, deliveries, and subcontractor approvals.
Prepare project status reports, change orders, and scope documents.
Follow up on project delays, vendor lead times, and inspection scheduling.
Support payroll, timesheets, and subcontractor documentation.
Manage day-to-day direction for marketing team (Meta Ads manager, content creators, designers).
Review campaign performance, approvals, and deliverables.
Coordinate marketing calendar, content briefs, and social media posting.
Track marketing budget, ROI metrics, and vendor accountability.
Skills:
Must have 1-3 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, or executive assistant role
Experience in Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
Experience in Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proactive problem-solving; able to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently
Detail-oriented; reliable and dependable
Ability to read construction plans and understand basic construction terminology
