We are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, technical support, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to support a fast-paced business environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Technical Support, or Systems Administration.
Advanced English.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily IT operations and infrastructure.
Provide technical support to end users.
Manage networks, servers, and IT equipment.
Coordinate IT vendors and service providers.
Monitor system performance and security.
Support IT projects and technology improvements.
Maintain IT documentation and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary between MXN $18,000 - $22,000, based on experience and qualifications.
