Inventory Analyst ? Samsung Cuautitlán Izcalli
Location: San Martín Obispo, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Estado de México
Salary: $18,000 MXN gross monthly
Contract: Direct contract with Samsung
Duration: Temporary position through December, with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on operational needs.
About the position:
We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join Samsung?s operation, responsible for controlling, auditing, and managing inventory movements, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse space utilization.
Conversational English is essential as the position requires frequent communication with Korean staff to clarify material and inventory-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inventory transactions through SAP WMS/GMP
* Audit stock management and inventory operations.
* Prepare daily inventory and warehouse space reports.
* Manage stock transfers between warehouses.
* Identify, analyze, and follow up on operational issues.
* Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate reconciliation.
* Manage damaged or deteriorated products.
* Process material code changes and product degradations through the system.
* Follow up on requests from internal departments.
* Prepare and manage reports related to damaged products.
Requirements:
* Bachelor?s degree completed.
* 3+ years of experience in inventory management and control.
* Experience using SAP, preferably SAP WMS/GMP.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Work Schedule
The schedule depends on the assigned area and operational requirements.
4x3 Schedule
12-hour shifts:
* 6:00 a.m. ? 6:00 p.m.
* 6:00 p.m. ? 6:00 a.m.
* **4 days working / 3 days off**
3-Shift Rotation
* Morning:6:00 a.m. ? 2:00 p.m.
* Afternoon: 2:00 p.m. ? 10:00 p.m.
* Night: 10:00 p.m. ? 5:30 a.m.
