enken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States.
The role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico. The client is located in the United States, so a fluent English level is required.

Labor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
Salary: Up to $45,000 MXN gross
The ideal candidate will be familiar with how to review medical evidence and compose cohesive legal arguments in English to achieve the desired result. It is a plus to be familiar with administrative law, specifically Title 38, as it relates to veteran disability entitlement. Also, knowledge of medical conditions is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Review flagged evidence and past administrative law decisions.
Identify legal errors.
Compose a written legal appellate argument based on law as it applies to the specific facts of the case.
Additionally, while a case is open, write letters documenting legal problems in a particular case.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience working as an Attorney or Paralegal with US legal firms
Knowledge of formatting and structure of legal documents(declarations, briefs, legal citations).
Write persuasive legal arguments in approved format in support of the clients position.
Strong understanding of legal document structure & formatting
Ability to draft persuasive legal arguments
Experience in legal research & case law analysis
Skill in identifying legal errors in decisions
Knowledge of appellate writing
Familiarity with Administrative Law
Familiarity knowledge of Title 38 (U.S. Veterans Law)
Understanding of VA disability claims process
Familiarity to Article I adjudication bodies (VARO, BVA, CAVC)
