Intermodal Dispatcher

Manage daily delivery volume and dispatch operations.
Work with contractors and to set expectations and assist communicate changes and updates to customers.
Match deliveries with available capacity to maximize productivity and efficiency of drivers
Update dispatch software to ensure accurate information is always available.
Communicate with customer service, vendors, and industry partners in a proactive nature to minimize delays for drivers and customers.
Manage equipment pools to ensure efficient use and timely return of assets
Trace loads as necessary to adjust dispatch and fill last minute changes to requests.

Requirements
-Bilingual
-Previous experience in dispatching intermodal
-Multitasking abilities
-Good communication, organization, and computer skills.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
