WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist passengers over the phone with travel-related inquiries
Support reservations, flight changes, and service requests
Provide clear, accurate, and professional information
Handle customer needs with a service-oriented approach
Ensure follow-up and resolution of each case

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
18 years or older
High school diploma completed or in progress
Customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and service skills
Basic computer knowledge
