Senior Sales Executive B2B (Enterprise Hunter) Fintech & Cross-Border Payments
Location: Mexico City (Hybrid / On-site)
Contract Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive base salary as contractor (depending on experience) + uncapped commission structure + revenue milestone bonuses + superior benefits.

They are transforming how companies manage multi-currency accounts, foreign exchange (FX), international payments, and cross-border financial operations through a combination of traditional financial rails and next-generation payment infrastructure.
As part of an ambitious expansion strategy, the company is building its commercial presence in Mexico and is looking for experienced sales professionals who thrive in high-growth environments and enjoy opening new markets from the ground up.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Hunter capable of building pipeline, opening strategic accounts, and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
This role is focused on acquiring new business. You will engage directly with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors, and other senior decision-makers within multinational corporations, importers, exporters, and companies with significant cross-border payment needs.
If you enjoy consultative selling, creating opportunities from scratch, and influencing senior stakeholders in complex sales cycles, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while helping shape a growing commercial operation in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, engage, and close new enterprise customers through strategic outbound activities and consultative sales methodologies.
Build and manage your own pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, market intelligence, and business development initiatives.
Understand customer pain points related to international payments, FX exposure, treasury operations, and financial infrastructure, positioning solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Present and champion financial infrastructure solutions, multi-currency accounts, payment rails, and FX management capabilities to senior financial stakeholders.
Successfully address concerns related to compliance, security, operational risk, and implementation while demonstrating clear ROI and business impact.
Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and CRM discipline throughout the entire sales cycle.
Requirements
4 to 6+ years of experience in complex B2B sales environments.
Proven success closing new business opportunities and generating pipeline independently.
Experience selling fintech, payments, financial SaaS, banking solutions, treasury products, ERP software, payment gateways, or related enterprise technology solutions.
Experience managing consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience selling to CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers, Controllers, or senior finance decision-makers.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and account-based selling strategies.
Solid understanding of cross-border payments, foreign exchange (FX), treasury operations, financial infrastructure, payment ecosystems, or related financial products.
Familiarity with API-based solutions, financial technology platforms, or enterprise software environments.
Knowledge of stablecoins, digital assets, or on-chain transactions is considered a strong advantage.
Comfortable operating in high-growth environments where processes continue to evolve.
Self-managed, proactive, resourceful, and highly accountable.
Able to build structure, solve problems independently, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Language Skills
Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
Comfortable conducting commercial conversations, presentations, and negotiations in both languages.
