Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate on the development and adjustment of annual recruitment plans based on business needs;
2. Manage and maintain recruitment channels, update job boards, draft and post job advertisements, etc., to ensure a steady talent pipeline;
3. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including (among other tasks) resume screening, organizing and conducting interviews, background checks, salary negotiation, issuing offers, etc.;
4. Manage the request, review, control, reimbursement, and reporting of recruitment costs;
5. Initiate and follow up on recruitment-related processes as needed;
6. Participate in recruitment events, conferences, and job fairs when required;
7. Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports to headquarters in China;
8. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors or headquarters.
Profile Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree or higher; specialization in Human Resources or Management/Administration;
Minimum of 3 (three) years of recruitment experience;
Spanish as a mandatory working language; good level of English (spoken and written);
Excellent writing skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
Self-management skills, strong initiative, and a solid work ethic;
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask;
Interest in working in a team-oriented and service-oriented environment;
High attention to detail and accuracy in work; Excellent communication skills.
